Hi all!

I am loving seeing people getting their copies of Twin Palms all across the world! Every time I see a social media post, get a personal text or a dm, it makes me SO happy! It’s wonderful how quickly the games started shipping out – thank you Bink Ink for making this happen!

Going through this process made me realize publishing a game is a HUGE job...and our job isn’t close to being finished yet. It’s very challenging to spread the word about a new game when there is so much competition. So, we would like to humbly ask that you help us get the word out. Sharing on social media and continuing to play with friends and family really helps!

Another way to spread the word is to write a review on BGG (Board Game Geek). It’s a site where you can see information about the game, pictures, videos and so much more – check it out here:

Twin Palms Fulfillment Begins!

USA Backers

If you live in the USA, keep an eye on your doorstep/mailbox, because your Twin Palms order will be shipping this week! We are fulfilling via Amazon, so you should receive an automated email with your tracking details once your order is sent out. If you don’t receive one right away, be patient, it may take some time before the orders process.

International Backers

Nearly all international orders have been processed and should now be in transit or fulfilled. You should have already received your tracking email which has your tracking number plus a link to the package tracking site. If you have not received any email with tracking yet, first check your spam folders. And if you still don't find anything, message us and we will get it sorted out for you. I'm still awaiting important responses from a few backers. Specifically, if you are a backer from Japan, please read your messages!

If you want to help spread the word about Twin Palms, we encourage you to share box-opening and gameplay photos on social media! We love seeing Twin Palms played in the wild!

Greetings friends,

Twin Palms is nearly ready to fulfill. It looks like international backers may receive their copies a week or two before US backers since our service Send From China already has the units in stock and ready to ship. The bulk of the units have landed in the US port, and are now being unloaded and sent to our warehouse.

I was informed by our international shipping service that some additional information is needed from our Japanese and S. Korean backers. I’ve already reached out to you all individually, but just in case those messages slipped by, I’ll repeat it here.

BACKERS FROM KOREA - Please provide me with:

• Your personal customs clearance code (Format: P+12 digital numbers). For more information, see here.
   
• Your NAME and ADDRESS written in Korean characters.
   

BACKERS FROM JAPAN - Please provide me with:

• Your NAME written in Japanese characters

Manufacturing Underway

Summer is here! Hope everyone is able to soak in some sun and spend a day at the beach!

Manufacturing for Twin Palms is nearly complete, and we’ve been sent a mass production prototype to review. Below are some photos we took while reviewing the prototype. Overall, we are quite pleased with how everything came out, and we are excited to get it into your hands!

Our original plan was to start fulfilling the games in October. However, it looks like things are actually moving faster than we anticipated, so we are now expecting fulfillment to start much earlier than that! We’ll post an update when we know exactly how much earlier, but needless to say this is great news.

If you can’t wait to start playing Twin Palms, then feel free to jump into a game on Board Game Arena. We were recently featured on July 3rd as part of their Summer Games of 2022!

Pledge Manager closing May 20

Hello friends,

By now, all of you should have received your survey emails. Most of you have completed it (thank you!), but we still have a few stragglers. As a reminder: these surveys allow us to collect your shipping fee and lock in your shipping address. If you don't complete it, we can't fulfill your order! 

We will be closing the Pledge Manager on May 20th.

Our factory recently sent us proofs of the print files, and everything checked out! We are right on schedule and expect mass production to start in June.
